Trump Tower Dubai: World’s Highest Pool & Ultra-Luxury Living

A new luxury skyscraper project has been unveiled in Dubai — the Trump International Hotel & Tower. This upcoming architectural landmark promises an exclusive level of opulence, catering solely to a select clientele. One of the tower’s most striking features is a sky-high swimming pool located near the top of the structure, which is anticipated to become the highest-altitude pool in the world.

Standing at 350 meters, the future tower won’t break height records in Dubai, ranking only 15th among the city’s tallest buildings. Its exterior design leans toward minimalism, marked by subdued tones and clean lines. The real luxury lies inside: the tower will house premium residences, penthouses, fine-dining restaurants, and elite clubs across its 80 floors.

A notable architectural element of the tower will be a distinctive open arch at its summit, reminiscent of the Shanghai World Financial Center. However, as the lead architect has yet to be appointed, the final appearance of the building remains uncertain. Developer DarGlobal plans to complete the skyscraper by 2031. In parallel, the same company is also set to develop a new Trump-branded golf course in neighboring Qatar.
