Trump Demands Probe Into Kamala Harris’s Alleged Celebrity Payments

In a fiery post on Truth Social, President Donald Trump accused former Vice President Kamala Harris of illegally funneling payments to celebrities during her election campaign and called for a full investigation into the matter.

“How much did Kamala Harris pay Bruce Springsteen for his weak performance at her campaign event?” Trump wrote. “Why would he accept money if he’s such a devoted fan of hers? Isn’t this a serious and illegal campaign contribution? What about Beyoncé? And how much did Oprah and Bono receive? I’m calling for a full investigation.”

According to Trump, these payments were disguised as performance fees but were in fact compensation for political endorsements.

“Candidates are not allowed to pay for endorsements – and that’s exactly what Kamala did,” he said. “It was an expensive and desperate attempt to create the illusion of massive support. This is illegal!”

Trump further criticized the celebrities involved, calling their actions corrupt and unpatriotic.

“These so-called artists used this broken system as a corrupt, unlawful way to cash in. It’s shameful.”

This isn’t the first time Trump has targeted celebrities for their political involvement, but his latest allegations could fuel fresh scrutiny as the 2024 campaign season heats up.
